So…If you don’t remember from last week’s post on D’s where I revealed my DiSC profile, which contains virtually no “I”. When I speak about the I-style, I smile!

I can easily see the parrot scurrying around planning (I’ve never been asked to be on a party planning committee), hovering around the water fountain gesticulating to reinforce a point and just loving the interactions!

Shame on me for only seeing those caricatures and not the real value to the team!

Influencers do just that for the team! They communicate effectively and while generating lots of ideas, motivate others, and build relationships. In the corporate world, they are the catalyst to bring teams and groups together, and brainstorming ideas.

For the socially inept, like me, they can be depended on to translate whatever thoughts I manage to dredge up and attempt to popularize to the rest of the team. 

Although, as their “bird” might imply, a bit verbose compared to the SC, the team needs their enthusiasm and spirit to find their way!
