- I own and control my attitude!
When their attitude wanes, for any reason, they allow their activity to mend it. - I have developed and honed my systems and use them until they don’t work!
They, like all pros, know it takes perfect practice to develop their systems. - Whenever I feel a need to discuss a problem with others, I create and present at least two solutions to the problem!
They often solve their own problems by using their native intelligence, time and focus and intention. - I have developed, utilize and care for my resources!
They realize they can’t have continuous success without keeping their tools and resources in good shape. Themselves, other humans and otherwise. - I know the limits of my own commitment and am accountable. I expect the same of others!

Understand yourself. Know your values and goals and be comfortable with your choices in life. Admit your mistakes, learn from them and eliminate them as regrets. Make peace with the past. Be eager, confident, and optimistic about the future. - I have specific goals: personal and professional, short term and long term!
They are realistic, measurable, and written. Decide what you want the future to be, build a plan to get there and work it consistently. You can bet on the future! - I am pragmatic and use that pragmatism to attain my goals!
Balanced with their idealism, highly successful people are extremely practical. They are solution-focused, and use technology, information, and skills to reach their most important goals. They are not interested in theories, or in defending past choices or old traditions. [Remember: No regrets!] They use practical tools to help them reach their goals. - I am personally disciplined and expect that of those around me!
They don’t waste time, and they don’t lie to themselves. They don’t exaggerate or minimize, and they don’t generalize. These people are precise when they speak about their age, relationships, business affairs or dreams. Numbers and dates, dollars and cents are important to them, and they are easy to talk with, and very clear in their communications. - Good enough is not good enough!
